Another point of difference of our gin is that our botanicals are fresh, not dried ingredients. Normally, dried botanicals are used to infuse flavour. All ingredients other than our juniper are locally sourced. Our gin is sustainably produced by using recycled rainwater and also using a hand made base alcohol rather than buying in bulk ethanol.
